Brighter Minds has provided mindfulness workshops for a number of schools in Dublin. The Department of Education is encouraging mindfulness and well-being programmes because of their effectiveness in improving resilience, concentration, and mental outlook. Gráinne is a registered secondary school teacher and qualified to teach mindfulness to teenagers.

PUBLIC MINDFULNESS workshopsFrom time to time, Brighter Minds runs inexpensive mindfulness workshops for small groups of adults in beautiful locations such as Ardgillan Castle. The courses comprise a little theory and some practice at the simple techniques of mindfulness.

MINDFULNESS in the workplaceBrighter Minds also provides mindfulness talks and workshops in your workplace. These are becoming increasingly popular as a way of helping staff with stress, morale and concentration levels. Gráinne recently worked with Brown Bag Films providing consultancy on using mindfulness in children's animation.
